Made In NYC Celebrates Black History Month: Sugar Hill Creamery

Monday, February 4 2019 1:00 pm

Sugar Hill Creamery is not your usual ice cream shop, the family-owned business is deeply ingrained in Harlem’s vibrant history and culture and works to provide an extensive programming calendar to serve their community.

Events range from New Moms Groups to the brand new Thursday Craft Nights for adults who like to make things! They’re also debuting a new flavor series this Spring called “Harlem Flavor of the Week” where they collaborate with folks who positively impact the culture of the neighborhood. Collaborators include Marcus Samuelson, Sheila Bridges, and Tuma Basa. A portion of the sales from each flavor will go to a non-profit of each collaborator’s choosing. Be sure to catch up with Sugar Hill for a full dose of the sweet life!
