The collection is inspired by my upbringing in Ghana, West-Africa and also my travels around the world {24 Countries and counting}. I started cooking at age 8 with my mother and grandmother. The sauces were created from my solid foundation in traditional West-African Cuisine with influences from around the world. The products range from a Coconut Oil, Roasted Garlic, Roasted Pepper Shallots with a hint of Honey Sauce, A Roasted Dried Groundnut with Asian West-African spices, Tamarind Guava sauce with Madagascan Vanilla Ginger our spiciest Mango puree with Jamaican Chili and Mexican Ajicito Peppers.
