Umikah is a line of unique artisanal spreads and curds. It was inspired by the complex flavors of the world, something the founder is very passionate about. These spreads and curds add lots of love to every imaginable recipe: pour over waffles, pancakes, ice cream, fruits, tarts, cakes and more. Every product is produced locally, using 100% natural ingredients, with no added artificial flavors or chemicals. Founder Luciana Uchi Davidzon is a pastry chef who graduated from the French Culinary Institute, and has many years of corporate business experience as well as being a freelance writer. She created Umikah’s spreads as a way to combine her business and culinary backgrounds. Umikah’s wide range of flavors was inspired by the multi-cultural ingredients and recipes she is exposed to while living in NYC. Umikah is the natural ally for those who love homemade desserts.
