In the early days of Umikah, Luciana grappled with the intricate rules and regulations of launching a food business. Recognizing the need for patience, she meticulously navigated the regulatory landscape, passing exams and inspections. “Resilience and sticking to a plan is hard,” Luciana reflects, “but the payoff is truly rewarding.”
